What is the fee split between your office and marketing firms? We start our fee split at 50/50, and will adjust that based on volume.
What is the time frame to enroll a client? Once a new client contract is submitted to our office it should only take 24 hours to complete the enrollment process. This does depend on our ability to contact the client for the verification/compliance call. We require 7 days before the client's first draft.
How long until I can see revenue, or get commissions? You can be enrolling new Clients the day after your onsite training, and see your first commissions within 7 days of that!
How much experience do you have in this industry? With our core staff, we have over 15 years of debt settlement, collections, and financial background.
What services do you provide? Our office handles the client from the time of enrollment through the entire program, from customer service, to the settlement of their last enrolled debt. We handle all trust work, complaints, verifications, 30 day calls, negotiations and settlements. We also provide the client with a web site where they can log in and view the status and progress of their account. They will be able to chat with a customer service rep, view the balance in their trust account, make an additional payment, view their next payment, and download necessary forms and documents.
What type of security do you provide to the clients? All client funds are held by a third party trust company. The client has 24hour online access to their funds and may withdraw the funds at any time. This account is federally insured and is not subject to garnishment.
What type of security are we provided as a marketing firm? As a marketing firm you are provided with online access to reports and a database of all of your clients and client transactions. All fees are paid to you through a neutral 3rd party to ensure that you receive the proper fees for each client. The fee split is pre-negotiated and agreed to contractually. The split cannot be manipulated by our office or yours without mutual consent. Any information pertaining to your office is not shared without prior consent.
What does your office do to ensure that we are not breaking any laws?
Our office is constantly monitoring state and federal regulations. We review all marketing materials before you put them into use. We also provide scripts and advertisements.
What do you do for the clients?
Immediately after their first ACH payment has been drafted, we send out a power of attorney as well as cease and desist notices to the client's creditors. We are available to the client Monday-Friday from 9am-7pm Eastern. We also contact each client every 30 days, to make sure they don’t have any unanswered questions or concerns.
Are there any upfront costs or monthly costs to join?
Yes. If you are accepted as a new branch you will be charged a one time $399 fee that will encompass your application processing, initial setup, website/software training. After training is completed, you will have a recurring monthly fee of $79 per month plus $39 for each additional full or part time employee other than yourself for all software licensing fees.
